The Polagra Premiery team at the INDAGRA Fair in Romania

Previous years have shown that the HOSTED BUYERS program attracted a lot of interest, that's why we also invite about 100 buyers from 13 countries of Southern and Eastern Europe to 2020. We make every effort to ensure that within this program the fair is visited by a carefully selected group of buyers and the management of agricultural companies from all over Europe, in particular agricultural machinery dealers and importers. Our team visits foreign trade fair events and meets our partners who acquire foreign contractors and invite them to participate in the Polagra-Premiery Fair.

WHAT IS HOSTED BUYERS?

The HOSTED BUYERS program allows you to plan meetings of foreign contractors with Polish exhibitors in order to facilitate establishing business contacts. The Poznań International Fair proposes this modern and effective contact method as a supplement or alternative to traditional business contacts concluded at the fair. Buyers applying to participate in the program receive special privileges, including free admission card, parking space on the MTP grounds and a set of information materials regarding the fair. They will also be invited to participate in the trade fair evening. In addition, MTP offers assistance in booking accommodation for the duration of the fair. To maximize the effectiveness of your stay at the fair, you can arrange meetings with exhibitors in advance. After determining the profile of exhibitors they would like to meet, participants receive a list of recommended companies. After agreeing the list of selected companies, MTP organizes meetings.
